Breakfast was okay. It's hard to get there by car. Once you get there, everything is within walking distance. Good atmosphere in the village in the evening. Ideal for taking the train to Florence.
The waiter at breakfast tried hard, but was all alone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Prato and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The hotel was located in the Centro of Prato, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory. I also appreciated the inclusive breakfast deal, which offered a good variety of options. Additionally, the free wifi and the availability of rooms with a bath were a nice bonus.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I had no complaints.

Super central and very helpful staff. There are enough bars and shops in the area, which means there is still intact city life and the events in summer are great.
Having to leave.

The location is absolutely brilliant, in the middle of the city centre and about 15 minutes walk to Prato Centrale Station. The hotel is a bit "retro", but it has its charm. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. My double room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended
Life in Prato apparently doesn't begin in summer until after 9 pm. The night from Friday to Saturday was accordingly loud, but the hotel can't help it.

The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, catering to both salty and sweet breakfast lovers. The staff was super friendly and kind, always ready to help. The location was jaw-dropping, right in the center of town and close to great cafes and restaurants. The firm beds provided me with a great night's sleep. Free wi-fi, car park, bar/lounge area, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle.

The hotel is very centrally located in Prato, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the reception we were welcomed friendly throughout and we were assigned a parking place nearby. This was free of charge. In general, the friendliness of the hotel is very outstanding.
The rooms were pretty outdated. The windows could only be closed and opened with great difficulty. The road to the hotel was quite narrow.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and included a delicious breakfast. Plus, the free WiFi was a great bonus!
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Very helpful and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable room
My particular room was a bit noisy in the early morning when the kitchen staff started preparing breakfast. However I was already awake by this time so it was not a big problem.

The staff at this family-run place is attentive and hardworking. They quickly fulfill requests and offer assistance. Though the facilities may seem outdated due to its age, the important aspects are properly maintained. Breakfast is enjoyable, with helpful staff demonstrating the use of the coffee machine.

Position and staff attitude was excellent.

The Hotel Flora in the heart of this charming walled city is an exceptional find. Its location, just steps away from the castle and cathedral, allows you to immerse yourself in the historic center of Prato. The attention to detail and vintage charm of this hotel, along with the friendly and helpful staff like Viola at the front desk, make for a truly memorable stay. The continental breakfast laid out each morning is a delightful way to start your day.
No improvements needed, everything was top-notch!
